Boiler Operator

Acara Solutions is looking for an Boiler Operator for our client located in Brampton, ON
- Inventory control of GP1 and GP2 cooler throughout the shift
- Complete Sanitation wash down for each chiller as per procedures
- Frequent radio communication with Smokehouse Operators
- Verify product temperatures
- Responsible of completion of HACCP documents
- Discharge products (following GMP procedures) from RTE chillers into GP Coolers
- Arrange product for subsequent shifts based on production schedule
- Remove condensation from RTE chillers and GP Coolers GP1, GP2 and GP3
- Other related duties as needed.

**Salary**: $42,577.60 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license (preferred)
- Gas (preferred)
- air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred)
