**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the conceptualization, creation, and daily publication of engaging content, including videos, stories, photos, graphics, and live streams.
- Stay informed about trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form media platforms, utilizing them to craft compelling content.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize content creation, enhancing audience engagement.
- Employ analytic tools to measure and report the performance of all digital content.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing to innovative content strategies in collaboration with our team.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure visually appealing and cohesive content.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role, with a specific focus on dental technology or related fields.
- Proficiency in navigating various social media platforms, with a keen understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form media trends.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience in leveraging social media for brand awareness and impressions within the dental industry.
- A degree in Marketing, New Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background as a dental technician or expertise in digital dental technologies.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
