We are Generative AI team under Monetization Technology. Our team focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. We are committed to automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative AI technologies, to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies and creators.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead research in advancing technology in multimodality generative model architectures;
2. Research, implement and evaluate novel machine learning algorithms on generative models;
3. Collaborate with applied machine learning teams and infrastructure teams to ship new generative models into ad production.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or similar fields
- Hands-on experience of developing multimodality foundation models and work or internship experience in an AI research organization is a plus
- Strong publications record in top conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, etc)

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ 9000- CAD$ 9000 annually.

The compensation for this position is based on a monthly compensation structure. The range specified is the expected annual compensation for a person in this position.

**Our time off and leave plans are**: 11 paid holidays per year plus 19 days of vacation (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 7 paid sick days per year as well as 13 weeks of supplemental paid maternity leave top-up and 10 weeks of Supplemental Paid Parental Leave top-up.
