Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation areas. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We are also accepting people with less experience for dishwasher positions who can have a hand in easy prep work.

**Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as grilling, frying
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment is beneficial
