**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Employee Relations, and working closely with the HR Manager Eastern Canada, you will be a business partner of operational management in our Eastern Canada units. As part of the In Unit HR team, you will be the first point of contact for Human Resources issues from employees and managers in Eastern Canada. Your goal will be to provide service, advice, and training in employee and labour relations, development and engagement of our people and to help Sodexo to become the premier outsourcing expert in Quality of Life services. This role will require you to work with some travel to various out of town units as well as mobility within the region for site visits. Anticipated travel for business is about 20 percent of your time at various units in Eastern Canada.
- Providing HR support to a geographic area of multiple food and facility service accounts
- Advising, guiding, and counselling operational management on all Employee/Labour Relations matters: contract administration, constructive discipline, etc.
- Managing government compliance issues (Employment Standards Act, and all legislative matters)
- Following-up and resolving allegations of unfair treatment (Legal, harassment, Human Rights, and employee relations complaints, company hotline complaints)
- Incident investigation and resolution

Votre objectif sera de fournir des services, des conseils et des formations sur les relations avec les employés et les relations de travail, le développement et l'engagement de nos collaborateurs et d'aider Sodexo à devenir le premier expert en externalisation des services de Qualité de Vie. Ce rôle requiert des déplacements vers diverses unités à l'extérieur de Montréal ainsi qu'une mobilité dans la région pour les visites de sites. Les voyages d'affaires prévus représentent environ 20 % de votre temps dans diverses unités de l'Est du Canada._
- _Fournir un soutien RH à une zone géographique de plusieurs comptes de services alimentaires et de gestion des installations_
- _Conseiller, orienter la direction opérationnelle sur toutes les questions relatives aux relations de travail : administration des contrats, discipline constructive, etc._
- _Gérer les situations de conformité du gouvernement (loi sur les normes d'emploi et toutes les questions législatives)_
- _Suivi et résolution des allégations de traitement injuste (plaintes juridiques, de harcèlement, de droits de l'homme et de relations avec les employés, plaintes de la hotline de l'entreprise)_
- _Enquêtes et résolution d'incidents_

**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in providing consultative support to operations, or a combination of experience, skills and education
- Experience in a unionized environment is preferred
- University Degree in a related disci
