**Summary of Job**:
Under the supervision of the Camp Director, the Camp Leader plays a crucial role in executing our weekly program and providing care and supervision to all campers. The Camp Leader will lead games and activities, ensure camper safety, assist with program planning, and carry out other duties as assigned.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Lead games and activities for children aged 4 to 12, aligning with camp objectives.
- Supervise campers throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Set up and take down equipment and facilities as needed. Included: tents, sandbags, bins, sports equipment, etc.
- Familiarize yourself with campers and their medical concerns/allergies.
- Supervise campers in the pool daily.
- Attend staff training and complete pre-employment training.
- Receive mentoring and participate in weekly meetings for performance evaluation.

**Application Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children and in camp environments is an asset.
- Sunny and positive attitude required.
- High level of energy and flexibility required.
- Must be able to swim.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Valid criminal record check.
- Must be able to work the full summer.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.60-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
