We are a boutique specialty food store that carries a variety of hot and chilled beverages, fresh baked goods, specialty grocery items and various prepared foods, including catering. We plan to continue building a reputation for exceptional quality and are looking for the right team members to help achieve this.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

  • We are searching for experienced **Barista/Cashiers** to join our team on a **Full-time**basis.

**He/She will have the ability to**

  • Maintain a fully stocked, clean station that is consistently in proper running order.
  • Self-manage quantity control. (i.e. noting products needed for proper functioning of the front of house).
  • Work efficiently with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Willingness to bring creativity and new ideas to the beverage menu(s).
  • Latte art skills preferred.
  • Provide support to management. (i.e. answering telephone, customer questions and taking catering orders).
  • Operate a P. O. S system when cashing out customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Barista 2+ years.
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism.
  • Believe that being energetic, enthusiastic and attentive to the details required to fulfill the customers' experience are key to every day performance.
  • Must have the ability to be flexible with shifts and work well in an ever-changing environment.
  • Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required and with the rest of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Wage**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour.

**Expected hours: 40 hours per week.**
