As a **Patient Coordinator**, you’ll be a key player in shaping our patient’s experience, helping them feel their best, and guiding them toward the treatments that meet their goals.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Engage with Patients**: Be the first point of contact—greet patients over the phone and in person with a friendly smile, listening to their needs and concerns.
- **Schedule and Rebook**: Ensure our clients' schedules are perfectly organized. Help them book, confirm, and rebook their treatments and follow-ups seamlessly.
- **Upsell Treatments & Skincare**: You’ll be the expert in recommending our range of beauty services and high-quality skincare products, making sure every client gets the most out of their experience.
- **Build Relationships**: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and ensure patients always leave happy, feeling valued and confident in their choices.
- **Sales Support**: Promote exclusive packages, skincare lines, and beauty services to meet our goals while ensuring that clients feel supported in their beauty journey.
- **Administrative Support**: Keep accurate patient records, manage appointment details, and update treatment plans as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for the beauty industry and skincare.
- Excellent communication skills—you love talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a beauty-related field is a big plus.
- Ability to upsell products and services with a consultative approach.
- Organized and detail-oriented—able to juggle tasks while providing exceptional service.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience with scheduling software or office tools is a bonus.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

- Commission pay
