**Tiki Taxi Dock Staff - Be the First Smile People See on Their Island Adventure**

Love the water, the sun, and helping people have a great day? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Water Taxi team as Dock Staff

**Location**: Tiki Taxi - Water Taxi dock.
**Type**: Seasonal / Part-Time / Full-Time / Weekend Availability
**Pay**: $20-$25/hour

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Assist with Fare Collection** - Help collect money from passengers and keep things running smoothly.
- **Keep Things Moving** - Organize passenger lines and maintain order at the dock.
- **Load & Unload** - Lend a hand with bikes, bags, coolers, or anything else passengers bring aboard.
- **Tiki Phone Duty** - Manage the tiki phone to dispatch boats for pickups as needed.
- **Be the Friendly Face** - Greet pedestrians, offer rides to the Islands, and spread good vibes

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Enjoy working outdoors and by the water
- Can lift/carry heavy items like bikes/e-bikes and coolers when helping guests
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Are dependable, organized, and proactive
- Are friendly, outgoing, and love talking to people

No prior dock experience needed — we’ll train the right person. Boating knowledge is a plus, but not required

- 8 hour shift
