**Job Overview**

This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to quality workmanship in various construction environments.

**Duties**
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal.
- Restore and repair existing sheet metal installations as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and joining metal components.
- Perform caulking and sealing of joints to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with sheet metal fabrication and installation (wall panels, flashing, trim, etc.)
- Read and follow site instructions and drawings
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand tools
- Communicate clearly with the team and follow direction

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of hand tools used in metal fabrication and construction tasks.
- Experience with caulking techniques for effective sealing of installations.
- Ability to plumb installations accurately for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with drywall installation processes is a plus.
- Skills in construction painting are beneficial for completing projects to a high standard.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working at Heights Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Safety shoe.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude.
- English required
- Portuguese is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
