POSITION AVAILABLE: Orthodontic treatment coordinator

LOCATION: We are a multi-location practice with offices in Stouffville, Markham and Richmond Hill

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Sales background with a great attitude. Dental or orthodontic experience a plus but not required

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Someone who shares the passion, vision and values of our practice. A positive, high energy, dependable, marketing and referral minded, articulate and focused individual in pursuit of a career in orthodontics, who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat work environment. A consumate professional with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs. Overall someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor and is genuinely nice and kind.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Speaking with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment

Making financial arrangements to make braces affordable to hardworking families in our area

Potential administrative duties include the following:
Tracking statistics in Excel

Managing a fast-paced patient schedule/column

Patient care phone calls

Patient mail outs

Securing appointments and insurance verification
