- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers interested in technology or other merchandise
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure the store remains organized and inviting
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, in person, or through digital channels with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate cash register operations and perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Support the team with time management to ensure smooth store operations during shifts

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation are essential
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
