We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our team, someone who can streamline operations, lead marketing initiatives, and play a key role in growing the business.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinic Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring staff are managed effectively and goals are achieved.
- Streamline workflows to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.
- Supervise and support clinic staff, setting clear goals and helping them achieve success.
- Develop, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor clinic performance.
**Marketing & Lead Generation**:
- Lead internet marketing efforts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, focusing on generating and converting leads.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, track metrics, and optimize for improved lead acquisition and conversion.
- Analyze and report on marketing efforts using Excel, providing clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Business Development**:
- Drive new business acquisition through effective marketing and follow-up strategies.
- Actively engage in lead generation, nurturing relationships from initiation through to closing deals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create business plans and marketing materials, such as newsletters and client communications.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to monitor operations and marketing KPIs.
- Use MS Office, particularly Excel, to generate accurate reports and analyze business performance.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 2+ years in operations management within a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
- Proven experience with internet marketing and lead generation on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel and spreadsheet skills for data reporting and analysis.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise employees and set clear, achievable goals.
- Experience in KPI development and tracking to ensure business objectives are met.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in healthcare business development.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient management systems.
