**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms for LTL.
- Work closely with the LTL team to develop content that supports overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in photo/video shoots and help edit for social media and other relevant marketing campaigns for LTL.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and other campaign-related tasks for LTL.
- Develop engaging content to promote the overall brand awareness for LTL and drive traffic.
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels.
- Analyze performance metrics of LTL to optimize social media strategies and contribute to the evaluation of brand identity initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all social media platforms for LTL.
- Social & Google AdWords experience (required).
- Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns for LTL.
- Work closely with the LTL marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Assist in the preparation and readiness for photo/video shoots.
- Stay updated on current trends, social media best practices, and video production techniques.
- Support the marketing team with general administrative duties related to content management and campaign tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
- Marketing experience 1-2 years (preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, including campaign creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
- Other tasks as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2J 7E1
