**Objective**:The purpose of this position is to play a supporting and promotional role within the brokerage to the company and individual agents via the responsibilities below. Successful outcomes will result in an increase of brand awareness in the marketplace, improved promotion of our property listings and agents, to increase traffic and leads via our online platforms, to improve our agent’s understanding and abilities to market themselves and properties.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**
- Assist in selecting and coordinating company group advertising dollars in various mediums
- Regular reporting of effectiveness of Group advertising efforts to Management team
- Promote and leverage RE/MAX nova, our listings and individual agents through various mediums
- Create and manage online paid marketing campaigns for both company and agents (Google, Facebook, Instagram) with an emphasis on creating leads
- Integrate corporate marketing materials into our social media and marketing and distribute to agents
- Manage Company Google My Business pages ia

**Graphic Design**
- Create advertising creative content
- Create graphics for company statistics and circulate on a regular basis
- Create marketing materials & graphics for the company and agent use & distribute regularly
- Create periodic website pages/layouts in cooperation with web developer
- Interact with external web development teams to ensure the website design and the

company’s online presence is optimal
- Create fillable PDF forms and format other documents for company use

**Support & other**
- Assist staff and agents with basic technical assistance:

- RE/MAX resource access/use
- Social media setup/functionality
- Host training/info session on relevant topics to support and assist agents

**Qualifications and Tools**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of marketing experience
- Experience with both written and oral communication
- Computer and generally tech-savvy
- Proficiency with graphic design software (ie. Adobe suite and Canva)
- Proficiency with basic photography (for social media purposes)
- Proficiency with Facebook (along with business pages, & ads manager), Instagram, Hootsuite, LinkedIn, and other social media tools

- Creative. An eye for crisp, modern design characteristics.
- Very organized
- Attention to detail
- Self motivated/sufficient when given tasks
- Possess strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
- Ability to learn, and recall information at a fast pace.
- Ability to work heads down and maintain high productivity.
- Not afraid to take on new challenges and problem-solve independently.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$49,999.00 per year
