Master Promotions Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an **Attendee Marketing Coordinator **based in our **Saint John, NB, **or **Halifax, Nova Scotia **office.

**The Role**

The **Attendee Marketing Coordinator** plays a key role in our organization by building and maintaining relationships with various trade and industry associations and event partners to develop an understanding of the target audience for each event. The role provides meaningful insight into where we will go with our attendee marketing campaigns while finding more avenues that will drive attendees to our events.

The role also provides support to Marketing and Operations Managers and Show Managers during pre-show planning stages, leads the on-site visitor registration program while maintaining high levels of customer service, and reports on event attendee numbers.

The ideal **Attendee Marketing Coordinator** leads by example and understands that collaboration with others is needed to achieve goals.

They are an outgoing self-starter who is a strong communicator, has a passion for relationship building, excellent time management, and organization abilities, and possesses a positive, professional attitude.

Their previous work experience may have been in events, marketing, hospitality and tourism, administration, or customer service roles.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Trade Show Attendee Marketing**
- Work with Marketing & Operations Managers and Show Managers to develop and execute attendee marketing plans.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with relevant industry associations and show partners to increase potential attendee marketing reach.
- Maintain and organize a digital and physical inventory of all attendee marketing items.

**Event Registration Tasks**
- First point of contact for all inquiries regarding trade show attendee registration.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing onsite registration for trade shows working with Show Managers, Marketing and Operations Managers, and the IT Manager to determine requirements.
- Compile and maintain information for all relevant trade show attendee registration materials.
- Provide leadership in the setup of onsite registration.
- Track and report attendee registration numbers pre-show and year-over-year attendee. registration numbers post-show.
- Assist the Marketing & Operations Manager with travel arrangements for event staff.

**Qualifications**
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Post Secondary Degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or another related field is considered an asset.
- Previous event industry, hospitality, tourism, marketing, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
