Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator at CBCL, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting the marketing and business development team. You will be responsible for coordinating various marketing activities, managing communication channels, and assisting in the development of marketing materials. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns;
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, media releases, advertising materials and promotional items;
- Coordinate the creation and circulating of social media content;
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging;
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities;
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling content;
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools;
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely communications, information and execution of assignments;
- Support the preparation and submission of corporate and individual awards and industry recognitions;
- Support the marketing team in relation to identification, distribution and content creation in response to request for proposals;
- Support the administration and maintenance of CBCL’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) System; and
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Your capabilities & credentials**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role; internships and relevant project experience are also considered;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail; and
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
