- Crafting high-quality sandwiches from scratch, ensuring the standard and quality of the products
- Baking fresh bread daily, following our established recipes
- Roasting meats in-house for optimum flavor and texture
- Continually developing and testing new recipes for the cafe and our wholesale customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
- Adhering to health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience with baking, meat roasting, and recipe development
- Demonstrated passion for food preparation and creating quality products
- Excellent attention to detail

- Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
