**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including breads, pastries, desserts, and sandwiches
- Follow established recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in quality and quantity
- Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of all baked goods
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage production flow and timelines
- Assist with cake decorating and fulfillment of special orders as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a baker or cook
- Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective time management to meet daily production deadlines
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.80-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
