As a Site Lead Builder at Cura Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our diverse range of projects, including:

- **Decks**: Your creative vision and technical expertise will lead the team in crafting exceptional decks that become the pride of our clients' properties.
- **Fences**: From ensuring precise measurements to delivering flawless installations, you will supervise the team in creating fences that exceed expectations.
- **Stampcrete and Concrete**: Your eye for detail and supervisory skills will elevate stampcrete and concrete projects, transforming them into captivating art pieces.
- **Interlocking**: You will lead the team in creating intricate and visually stunning interlocking designs, adding value to every landscape.

**Qualifications**:
We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

- Min 5 years experience in the construction industry, with expertise in carpentry and landscaping.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using a variety of power tools and guiding others in their use.
- Ability to complete projects with mínimal supervision and deliver exceptional results.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Must have own vehicle with licence in good standings to get to and from the job site. Cura Construction works all over Ottawa, from Orleans - Barrhaven - Kanata and beyond.
- Must be able to effectively run a team of 1-3 guys while performing your own building duties.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to use power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Must be able to read design layouts, set up layouts correctly and execute
- Must be able to problem solve on the go and meet site deadlines

**Benefits**:
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, we offer the following benefits:

- Flexible work schedule with weekend availability.
- Additional pay types such as bonuses and overtime pay.

**Language Requirement**:
Fluency in French is not required for this position.
