**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional guest services will be key to your success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience in the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to help guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, aiding in efficient order processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for managing reservations and inquiries professionally.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
