**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu options.
- Assist in answering phone calls, and providing information about the restaurant services
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution to enhance their experience.

**Requirements** **for Host/Hostess**
- Excellent command on English, Urdu or Hindi
- Previous experience as host is a **MUST**, particularly in a restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a **MUST**, hands on experience on **Toast - POS** will be an added advantage, aiding in efficient order processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries.
- Strong sense of the importance of keeping themselves groomed is a **MUST**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in food service settings.
- Should be eligible to work full time in Canada
- Hands on experience in managing inventory would be an added advantage

**Requirements** **for Server**
