**About Us**: Kemptville Brewing Co., we’re not just brewing beer-we’re brewing community With a storefront and event space designed for fun and connection, we aim to be the go-to spot for locals to unwind, socialize, and savour our unique craft beers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere that values collaboration, creativity, and, of course, a good laugh.
- Engage with the community to promote our events, tastings, and activities that celebrate local culture.
- Drive our vision and ensure that our mission to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences comes to life.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments (brewing, front-of-house, sales, etc.)
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work to achieve financial goals.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies for growth.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to promote the brewery and its products. Oversee sales efforts and build distribution channels.
- Oversees inventory levels, manages supply chain logistics, and ensures the brewery is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and materials.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency, implementing changes as needed based on customer feedback and industry trends.
