Receptionist/ Intake Worker

Answering calls on a multi line switchboard and directing caller to NPSC/BTC department and personnel.
- Record messages for staff members out of office.
- Record and maintain Daily Register and mark staff on In/Out Board
- Logging visitors everyday.
- Offering hand sanitizer while entering building.
- Log and stamp incoming mail picked up at Post Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Distribute mail to appropriate staff.
- Log, stamp, and drop off outgoing mail in the mailbox.
- Handling petty cash to purchase essential supplies for the office and other usage.
- Marketing strategy development and implementation; social media and website posting
- Client Intake (Client Workbook, personal Information, ID’S, Client Career Map, Updated Resume, Employer Research forms, Acceptance Letter, JPA/TA Confirmation, Consent to Release form, all documentation is to be submitted upon intake).
- Actin Plans (Start Date/Target Date).
- Sponsorship Letters to Institutions.
- Data entry for each client and activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Oath of confidentiality
- Grade 12 or GED
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent training
- Knowledge of and experience with office procedures and office equipment
- Must possess a valid drivers’ licence.
- Provide a current Criminal Record Check
**Overview**:
The Receptionist/Intake Worker is a friendly, experienced, focused, and hardworking individual. The Receptionist position is responsible for supporting Northwest Professional Service Corp./ Battlefords Tribal Council by answering the main switchboard and greeting visitor. As well as other duties such as ordering supplies, photocopying, and sending out faxes and computer data.
Option to extend position may be available.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
