We’re expanding our presence and looking for a hungry, confident closer who thrives on B2B sales and knows how to build relationships that turn into repeat clients.
The Role
You’ll be hitting the streets, connecting directly with business owners, and offering on-the-spot quotes for their signage and print needs. No babysitting, no micromanagement — just straight-up selling.
Your day-to-day:
- Prospect and close new business B2B across the Fraser Valley
- Offer quotes for signage and print jobs (training provided)
- Manage your own territory and client base
- Communicate with production to ensure timely delivery
- Represent a brand known for reliability and quality workmanship
Who We’re Looking For
- A natural closer who can walk into any business and start a conversation
- Confident, professional, and results-oriented
- Solid B2B or commission sales experience (signage, print, or service-based sales a plus)
- Self-motivated — thrives with autonomy, not supervision
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Compensation
- High commission rates - uncapped income potential
- Weekly bonuses for top performers
- Reps earning $1,000-$3,000+ per week are the norm, not the exception
- Full marketing materials, business cards, and training provided
