**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for individuals with tenacity, grit, and resilience—those who are willing to take ownership of their future and commit to achieving excellence. **If you want to live like other don’t do what other wont. While the path may not be easy, the rewards are substantial.**

As an outside sale rep you will be working with qualified leads from our national brand and lead gen system. You will also be required to attend weekly team meetings, capture new clients by knowing your areas and the real estate industry, using online platforms, door knocking etc.

Flexibility is important, allowing you to manage your schedule while maintaining a focus on maximizing your efforts. Our compensation structure reflects our commitment to rewarding performance.

Pay: $60,000-$120,000 per year

Pay: $1,000.00-$5,000.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
