**After School Program Tutor (Art & Language)**- Job Description

**Location**:Markham, Ontario

**About Us**:
ArtiSonata Studio is seeking a passionate and responsible **After School Tutor** to join our creative education team. The tutor will lead engaging **Art & Crafts** and **Language Learning (English or Chinese)** sessions, provide **homework support**, and ensure a safe and positive learning environment for students aged 4-12.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and hands-on activities in art, crafts, and language learning.
- Supervise and assist students with their homework.
- Create a supportive and enjoyable classroom environment.
- Prepare and manage teaching materials independently.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

**Education & Experience**:

- Enjoy working with children and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
- Experience teaching or leading activities for children (an asset).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Responsible, patient, and creative.
- University students are welcome to apply.

**Hourly Rate**:$18 - $20 per hour (depending on experience).

**Flexible schedule** (Weekday evenings)
