- Monitor and assess student performance, offering constructive feedback.
- Create a positive learning space and adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners.
- Prepare students for standardized tests and provide enrichment opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to commute conveniently to Markham for evening and weekend classes.

**Compensation**:
Based on your educational background, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills:

- Small-group Sessions: $20 - $40 per hour
- 1-on-1 Tutoring Sessions: $30 - $50 per hour
