Full time Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, no evenings or weekends required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain patient records using HealthQuest EMR and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Process payments and verify insurance information.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent patient care.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong phone manner dealing with a busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner
- Must enjoy customer service, and interacting with patients on the phone and in person
- Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail and above average computer skills
- Cleaning, Inventory management and shipping/receiving of medical equipment experience is an asset

**Daily duties**:
This position requires working at the front desk of a medical office, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations. The Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive experience for patients by greeting them, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer systems are essential for success in this role.
