Job description
- Work in reception (greeting patients) and Opening & closing clinic.
- Schedule appointments & appointment maintenance.
- Patient bookings via EMR, file & update medical charts.
- Ensuring daily paperwork completed
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Notify patients of availability of laboratory results, referrals and appointments.
- Set up/clean patient rooms and preparing consulting rooms for procedure
- Restock supplies in consulting rooms
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitoring patients (in clinic) especially in the waiting room
- Submitting claims and handling patient payments.
- Team player
- Complete forms and documentation related to specimens, tests, etc.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Other duties as required
- Clean criminal record check
