**Position: Server - part-time Seasonal roles from May to October**

**The Role at a Glance**:This role plays a key role in all Food & Beverage Outlets within to serve our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and work as a team member to ensure all tasks are completed before a shift end. Our servers have strong cocktail & beer knowledge and experience and work in a fast paced/high volume dynamic environment. This role reports into the F&B Manager.

**Your Day To Day Duties**:

- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests & making recommendations if needed
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
- Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**You have**:

- 2 yrs of previous serving experience preferred
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Able to stand/walk for long hours
- Must have open availability on weekends

**Special Requirements and Certifications**:

- Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
