Seasonal Server - (July to October)

As a Server, you will play an integral role in creating memorable dining experiences for our members and their guests. You’ll work in a beautiful, private club setting, enjoy a supportive and professional work environment, and have the opportunity to expand your hospitality skills at one of Toronto’s most prestigious clubs.
**What You’ll Do**:
✔ Provide exceptional service by greeting and serving members courteously, professionally, and timely.
✔ Be knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items, and club offerings.
✔ Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring tables are clean, polished, and ready for service.
✔ Accurately take and process orders using the JONAS POS system.
✔ Assist with patio service, including setup, table arrangements, and special requests.
✔ Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service (Smart Serve required).
✔ Handle member inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
✔ Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
✔ Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Hospitality Enthusiasts: Passionate about food, beverage, and delivering first-class service.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Education: High school diploma is required; post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset.
- Smart Serve Certified: Required before employment.
- POS Knowledge: Familiarity with JONAS POS system is an asset.
- Wine & Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of wine service is a plus
- Team Player: Works well in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible Schedule: Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
