JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused sales assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support our sales department by managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

- Assist the sales team in handling client communications and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of quotes, contracts and proposals.
- Conduct market research of identify potential clients and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Additional pay:
