Store Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage cashiers and cashiering procedures to ensure accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role is required..
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Proven track record in sales management, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in cashiering procedures and cash handling.
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: $16.98-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Nanaimo, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Nanaimo, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
