**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation
- Create appropriate employee records in all systems
- Liaise with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Monitor and report on the progress of new hires
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Ensures that all new hire paperwork for the employee is completed in a timely manner to ensure Viewpoint, and learning management system data is entered and up to date
- Identifies shortfalls in Project staffing needs for upcoming work schedules and communicates with Talent Acquisition to ensure new talent is added to the workforce.
- Direct and organize logistics for mobile workforce that may include but not limited to booking travel and accommodations.
- Consulting on estimates or cost saving initiatives as they relate to mobilization of workforce.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process
- Other duties as required and assigned.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or onboarding role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Self directed, action oriented, forward-thinking and creative individual
- Strong interpersonal relations skills
- Demonstrated expertise using influence, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a heavily matrixed organization to accomplish tasks and resolve issues
- Exhibits a strong attention to details
- Strong data management skills including data review, cleaning, and preparation of visual output in tabular or graphical format
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes is an asset
- Strong independence of action and ability to proactively take initiative
- Skilled team player with the ability to work with and support a diverse array of personalities and working styles
