**The Opportunity**:
**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Own the commissions system (Xactly Incent) and provide supports to the sales team regarding their compensation plans
- Ensure commission changes are accurately defined and tested in Xactly and for sales commission calculated manually
- Review and approve the monthly commission calculations prepared by SalesOps Analyst for both accruals and actuals for final payout
- Manage the commission reconciliation process, including researching and resolving issues and disputes
- Review monthly reconciliation of Xactly data versus Salesforce Bookings
- Respond to ad hoc requests and commission-related inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years of experience as commission analyst role, sales operations support, sales analyst, or accounting/financing analyst, preferably for a SaaS technology
- Experience configuring and administering sales compensation leveraging systems (e.g., Xactly) and with a working knowledge of Salesforce as it pertains to sales performance reporting
- Understanding and experience with sales compensation structures and mechanics (e.g., plan components and weights, pay mix, leverage, quotas, MBOs, crediting, accelerators)
- Advance MS Excel - experience with pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions, etc.
