Job Title: Compensation/Commission AnalystPosition Type: Contract (6 months, potential for extension)Location: Remote (full-time hours, EST)Role Overview:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation/Commission Analyst to handle commission calculations for sales and customer service teams. The role requires experience with commission calculation tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to serve as the main contact for commission-related inquiries.Key Responsibilities:· Calculate and process commission payouts accurately using commission software (e.g., Varicent).· Address commission-related queries and provide clear explanations of policies and calculations.· Manage and validate data, performing testing in Excel when required.· Support plan updates, adjustments, and records management with cross-functional teams.Qualifications:· 3-5 years of experience in commission analysis or compensation-related roles.· Hands-on experience with commission calculation tools like Varicent (preferred); Captivate, Everstage, Spiff is a plus.· Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills.· Proficiency in Excel for data validation and basic testing.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
