**What You'll Do**:

- Schedule and coordinate engaging, informative in-home heat pump assessments with one of our Professional Heat Pump Specialists.
- Proactively engage with homeowners through direct community outreach and door-to-door visits.
- Deliver expert guidance on heat pump technology and energy efficiency solutions.
- Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to effectively present our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed weekly assessment and sales targets (15+ leads).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our advanced CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
