**Your Role as a Community Assessment Coordinator**:
As a Community Assessment Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to make Nova Scotia greener, one home at a time. You'll engage with homeowners, generate quality leads, and set appointments, paving the way for our team to close the deal.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Engage and Inspire**:Capture the interest of potential customers through direct, door-to-door engagement.
- ** Achieve and Exceed**: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets (15+ leads per week).
- ** Community Builder**:Foster positive, no-pressure relationships within the community and enhance brand awareness.
- ** Team Collaborator**:Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and lead generation techniques.
