Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a talented, energetic and results-oriented professional to take on a role as Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Thanks to our Next Generation Protein Sequencing and antibody discovery services, researchers have furthered thousands of projects, patented antibody therapeutics, and ran the first recombinant polyclonal antibody diagnostics. Our technology has empowered thousands of researchers and has the potential to unlock a new universe of discoveries that will shape future research, and benefit global health. At Rapid Novor, we believe that the journey to a world of more effective treatments that cost less and are easier to develop starts with decoding immunity.
**Position**
**Responsibilities include**:
- Conduct independent market research to identify new leads/prospects
- Articulate the business value proposition to decision-makers to assess buying interest
- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments to new prospects
- Continuously innovate outreach strategies by incorporating data-driven insights, optimizing messaging, utilizing social media platforms, and aligning with broader digital marketing initiatives
- Represent the company at conferences and tradeshows
- Act as junior sales for selected services and/or territories
**Required Skills**:
- A University degree in Science, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field.
- Self-starter, results oriented, extremely tenacious, well organized.
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed / Willing to learn and be coached.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Excited about an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred
- Sales involving scientific software or services is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
