- Expected on target earnings (OTE) between $65,000 - $90,000+ depending on experience and years in role.*
- 70/30 base salary to commission — with no cap on commissions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of new account opportunities
- Visit and call customers to understand their requirements, buying cycles, competition, etc.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals successfully.
- A proactive approach to business development with a passion for driving results.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Able to drive up to 120 kilometers for sales meetings and customer visits.
- Compensation and targets will be determined by experience, fit, performance and other criteria that will be made available during the interview process
Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
