**DESCRIPTION**
- Under the supervision of the Shipping and Receiving Foreman, the Billing and Logistics Clerk will have the following responsibilities;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, standards and procedures in place according to the customer; Make appointments for deliveries to the customer;
- Verify the rate schedules for transportation;
- Schedule shipments according to delivery dates and customer needs;
- Produce delivery notes and purchase orders;
- Optimize each delivery and the space in the trailers;
- Prepare invoices for delivered projects and close files in the various systems;
- Produce monthly reports;
- As needed, participate in all other related tasks.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Professional diploma (DEP) or college diploma (DEC) in a discipline related to: management / logistics / accounting;
- 2 years experience in a similar position, or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
- Excellent command of French (oral and written) and English (oral and written).
