Job responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

- Conduct day to day outside sales via face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
- Developing new business leads via on person and cold calling.
- Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects.
- Maintain proper internal / external documentations and communications throughout the sales process.
- Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guidance on price competitiveness.
- Experience in outside sales required.
- Experience in the service industry is helpful, but not a must.
- Good written and spoken English
- A self-starter and work efficiently.
- Must be able to develop your own leads
