At our Park Royal location, we are building a team of passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in every detail of the service journey.
Position Overview
As a Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. You will welcome guests with warmth, manage reservations and seating, and support the service team to ensure smooth flow throughout the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to maximize flow and efficiency.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding menus, hours, and reservations.
Escort guests to their seats while explaining the Hello Nori dining concept.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entry area.
Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and chefs to ensure smooth service.
Support guest needs during service (e.g., providing menus, accommodating seating requests).
Thank guests sincerely as they leave, ensuring a memorable final impression.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a host, customer service, or hospitality role preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
