Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting Pharmacists and the Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy. Duties include providing excellent customer service, assisting in processing and preparing prescriptions, managing inventory, data entry, and general operational/administrative tasks related to pharmacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients and confirming accuracy of prescription prior to filling
- Assist in the Preparation and Dispensing of Prescriptions
- Preparing Blister Packs
- Preparing and Organizing Prescription Deliveries
- Plans and Manages Daily Deliveries
- Call Patients to Follow-up with Prescription Deliveries
- Manage Inventory by Stocking Shelves and Monitoring Inventory Levels
- Maintain Confidentiality of Patient Information
- Other Relevant Responsibilities relating to Operational and Administrative tasks of Pharmacy

- Ability to work proactively and independently as a member of a dynamic team
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to speak Hindi/Punjabi is an asset but not required.

Key Requirements
- Must have experience working in a Retail Pharmacy or possess a Pharmacy Assistant Diploma
- Must have knowledge of generic and trade names of commonly prescribed medications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
