Construction Equipment Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored equipment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
