**Fero International** is a modular construction company based in Stoney Creek, Ontario. In our 300,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility that was purpose-built for modular, we design and manufacture volumetric modular buildings for diverse markets across Canada, including healthcare, education, housing, commercial and industrial. Our modular solutions reduce construction time, improve quality control, and promote sustainable building practices.

**Position Overview**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Establish and maintain company client relations through consistent communication, building trust and providing service excellence.
- Find, generate, qualify, and continuously follow up on sales leads.
- Develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on advice, customer feedback and the market environment.
- Identify and engage opportunities to grow the business within the varying market verticals and user/buying groups.
- Identify unique client specific value propositions and offer value-added solutions.
- Participate in conceptual building design development for sales proposals that reflect client needs.
- Maintain a high level of technical product and service knowledge.
- Work with Estimating, Operations and Admin teams to develop solutions for clients and prepare accurate and professional proposal packages, including detailed specifications and scope of work documents.
- Keep abreast of competition and report on known activities.
- Participate in corporate marketing activities such as conferences, trade shows, community events and open house events, as required.
- Deliver presentations promoting products and services and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build awareness of the company’s offerings to respective clients.
- Prepare/Produce weekly or monthly reports to management as required.
- Contribute to the development of corporate sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in negotiating all contracts/PO’s with prospective clients.
- Work with Business Development to transition clients from BD to Sales effectively.
- Achieve sales quotas and the key performance objectives of employment as identified.
- Update and log customer information and interactions in company CRM system.
- Prepare bid or proposal questions to send to the client directly as needed or send to the bid administrator for submission through the bid portals as required.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Fero Code of Business Conduct and health and safety rules and procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
- Modular construction experience will be an asset.
- Experience with developing, scheduling, and managing bid proposals construction.
- Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills - can present proposals, product, and services to clients.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills along with organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment and operate within tight deadlines and sales quota.
- Ability to understand various classifications of estimates.
- Understanding of CCDC Documents will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work on evenings and weekends and to travel as needed.

**Physical Requirements**
- Wearing PPE such as safety boots, safety vest, safety glasses and gloves.
- Office and plant environment. Sitting for long periods.
