**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work for long periods at a time from your computer.

**Experience**:

- 2+ Years in administrative assistance preferred.
- Remote work from home, ability to work independently and consistently required.
- 1+ year customer service experience required.

**Training will be provided in use of our CRM.**

**Education**:

- Highschool or equivalent required
- Administrative Assistance certification an asset.

**Prior experience or knowledge of the tree industry is not required**

**Position Overview**:

- Independently organize and prioritize your day to day work.
- Receive incoming and make outgoing calls to customers regarding estimates and work.
- Handle scheduling of estimator appointments and work as necessary.
- Ensure approved and or declined work are identified properly and reflect as such in the CRM program.
- Handling invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable.
- Confirming and communication with customers.
- Being in contact with numerous outside sources (Hydro, Call Before You Dig, etc.) for scheduling and other work related needs.
- Completion of any other tasks as required within the parameters of typical administrative work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
