We’re seeking an **Advisor, Compensation **to collaborate with key stakeholders and peers to support and engage with our powerful networks of people, opportunities, and investments. **ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:
Reporting to the **Senior **Manager, Compensation **, the Advisor plays a key role in the development, implementation and management of the various Compensation programs and activities of all PSP employees globally.
As an **Advisor, Compensation **you’ll:
- Provide compensation support and expertise to HR team members for the various activities: talent acquisition, job evaluation, internal mobility, payroll, employee experience, global mobility, etc.
- Develop tools and processes, and provide guidance to HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to support decision-making and maintain internal equity for all compensation-related decisions
- Participate in the compensation budgetary planning process by gathering data and preparing analyses that will support recommendations and business decisions
- Coordinate yearly and ad-hoc compensation benchmarking activities for Canada, US, UK and Hong Kong in alignment with business and corporate objectives. This includes market monitoring, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data received from various sources, summarizing findings and formulating recommendations
- Play a key role in the year-end processes, i.e. salary review and incentive compensation grants and payouts, by preparing systems, processing and validating data and producing compensation statement, while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and data integrity
- Maintain and continuously improve Compensation databases and data analytics by leveraging multiple sources of data for reporting and decision-making purposes
- Participate in various compensation-related projects, such as total rewards communication, pay equity, program design, process improvement, system configuration, etc.
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Demonstrate organization skills, autonomy and initiative, as well as capacity to navigate in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and rigorous work approach
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Effective communications skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage competing priorities and respect deadlines
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
- Five to seven years of relevant experience; experience in consulting or financial services is an asset
- University degree in actuarial sciences, human resources or other relevant field of study
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and report drafting
- Expert knowledge of Excel, as well as other tools of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Workday is an asset
- Knowledge of Pay equity legislation is an asset
- Bilingualism required (French and English), written and spoken
