Being a Compensation Strategy Advisor for the Executive Compensation Team at the Bank means actively participating in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies for various employee groups, including executives. Your organizational skills, ability to process, analyze, and present data, and effective collaboration with colleagues on various annual processes and projects will have a positive impact on your team.

**Your Role**:

- Manage an annual compensation process (year-end exercise), including planning, programming, communication, and execution of the process.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of processes, contribute to development, maintain and continuously optimize the compensation team's tools.
- Actively collaborate with the compensation strategy team by conducting analyses and making recommendations related to:

- Various compensation practices (job evaluation, market benchmarking, monitoring variable compensation programs)
- Special projects
- Presentations to various committees (risk oversight working group, human resources committee, executive team)
- Disclosure in the management circular
- Manage the annual executive compensation surveys process, including technological aspects, communications with vendors, and implementation of results in our compensation tools.
- Plan, execute, and control assigned activities.
- Establish collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to better meet the sector's objectives.

**Your Team**:
You report to the Senior Director and act as a compensation strategy advisor for the Bank's executives. In this role, you participate in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of executive compensation programs, as well as governance and regulatory disclosure.

**Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor's degree related to the field and two years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quantitative analysis.
- Experience in compensation would be an asset.
- Strong desire to highlight your keen data analysis skills and technical expertise for the benefit of the team.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced level in Excel required).
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Proactive approach.
